About

I qualified in Body Massage at Amersham & Wycombe College in 1999. Since gaining my initial qualification in Body Massage I have developed and added to my skills by attending various courses and workshops.  I have also gained valuable knowledge by working alongside fellow therapists.

I like to blend massage techniques to provide treatments that address soft tissue dysfunction and injuries whilst also being good for the soul. I believe you can use sports massage alongside more relaxing techniques for a truly holistic treatment.

Experience:

I have previously worked at the prestigious Danesfield House Hotel and Spa delivering high quality Espa beauty and body treatments to guests and spa members.

I went on to run Beauty-2-Go, a mobile beauty therapy and massage business based in High Wycombe.

After moving to Bristol and following the arrival of my two daughters I set up in business again, this time focusing on what I love most, massage! I ran the business successfully for a number of years offering massage to private clients as well as linking with a local hotel providing treatments for hotel guests.

I also worked alongside my friend and fellow therapist, Judith Ryder treating staff at the University of West of England as part of her corporate therapy business.

Judith and I also volunteered to provide treatments at the Caring at Christmas homeless shelter in Bristol – for me personally this was one of the hardest jobs I’ve ever done, a bit scary, at times harrowing and very unpredictable but an experience that I will always be grateful to have had.
